Sixtwo are designing new homes for Manchester City Council in the centre of Newton Heath, near Manchester. The scheme of approximately 75 homes will set a new standard for council housing, creating a zero carbon project with modular construction.
The project is being televised by Channel Four as part of George Clarke’s campaign for more council homes.
